By being a USA Wrestling member you are directly involved in the Olympic movement!! This is also your secondary insurance for practices and USA Wrestling events. None of the cost of the USA Wrestling Membership goes to 505WC.

* Below is a list of everything required for participation in practices:
1. Wrestling Bag - Big enough to hold shoes and other wrestling essentials. You may use any bag or you can purchase one of the team bags available
2. Wrestling Shoes - Purchase on your own
3. Headgear(optional) - Purchase on your own
4. Athletic Tape - Purchase on your own or we have tape available to buy
5. Water Bottle
6. Nail Clippers
7. Hair Ties (If you have long hair)
8. Skin Infection Prevention Products; wipes, sprays etc. (optional). Purchase on your own or we will have product available to buy
